Property Progressors was founded by Natasha Candeias after 14 years in estate agency — running offices, managing teams, and watching too many sales fall through because no-one was minding the chain after the offer was accepted.

What started as a small business answering a real industry need has grown into the UK's premier sales progression brand — a trusted partner to estate agents nationally, including national accounts with eXp UK and Nested.

The franchise model is the natural next step: bringing that same standard of service to every corner of England and Wales, run by local owners who know their patch.

Yes — this is non-negotiable. Sales progression is technical work and the stakes are high (people's homes, life savings, completion dates). You need to understand the property industry already to do this well. We look for franchisees with a background in estate agency — sales, lettings, branch management or existing sales progression experience.
Mostly office-based or remote work — coordinating with estate agents, buyers, sellers and solicitors to move transactions forward. You'll spend time on the phone, on email, and in our CRM tracking case progress. No viewings, no weekends needed (unless you choose to).
From signing your agreement, you'll typically be trained and live within 4–6 weeks. Most franchisees start seeing meaningful income between month 4 and month 6 — once relationships with local agents are established and cases start flowing into your pipeline. The first few months are about building those relationships and laying the foundation.

Each of our 62 territories is exclusive. If your first-choice area is taken, we'll discuss neighbouring territories that might suit you. We may also have waiting lists for in-demand patches.
Sales progression demands real responsiveness — agents and clients need you available during working hours, every working day. Most franchisees commit to this full-time. We'll talk this through on your discovery call to make sure the time commitment works for your situation.
Hands-on launch support in your first weeks (reviewing early cases together, rehearsing agent conversations, being available daily), monthly check-ins with our team after that, access to the central team whenever you need them, network meetings with fellow franchisees, brand and marketing updates, and a yearly strategic review. You're independent — but never alone.
